Sooo, this is about the following:

Alternatively, the gamemaster can abstract the potential for attempted theft with a test using a dice pool equal to the difference between the minimum Security level of a lifestyle required and the actual Security level purchased by the player. For each hit, the player must pay one percent of the monthly cost of the lifestyle to replace stolen goods or repair damaged properly (or pay insurance premiums that help them deal with such things). Nothing exceedingly valuable should go missing in this test. Burglary of a truly valuable item requires the Security Test detailed above.

But the actually purchased level of security can never drop below the minimum security of a lifestyle as such the dice pool would always be 0 and this rule would be useless. Am I understandung something wrong?
