You are missing the point. I don't say it has to be that way, but that this are acknowledged possibilities within this very specific ritual.
I mentioned this to illustrate the fundamental difference between calling and summoning.

The dicepools for common matrix actions seem to be a bit low - even if the character is relying on sprites.
Also Software should be higher and I don't see the chosen complex forms. Static Veil should be there as well as puppeteer.
