Santeria was really more for roleplay (Tradition based on healing and all that) than for min/maxing. I wasn't planning to use Possession extensively and the specialization in Spirit of Earth is just because it's the one considered linked to Heal in the Tradition.
By the way Santeria isn't so bad, Guardian spirit can get any weapon skills so they are quite versatile if, say, you have to manipulate a rocket launcher and no one in the team can.
