The only meaningful geopolitical changes from 1e to 5e are:

Tsimshian becomes a protectorate of Salish-Sidhe
Ute Nation becomes absorbed by the PCC
So Cal becomes absorbed by the PCC

Of course, now in 6we we now have massive changes to the borders, but that's brand new.  Like as of yesterday, when Cutting Black dropped
