We’re a bunch of friends who decided to give SR a try, everyone is new to the game and have very limited knowledge of this system.
We are debating, as the wording is not quite clear on it, about the maximum of 6 qualities at character creation and if picking a level 2 or 3 quality counts as 2/3 or a single one towards that limit?
