Does the Living Persona of a Technomancer have memory?

Meaning...
  • Can he download a file into his head and then later copy it onto some device? OR
  • Does he need some device while downloading, so his living persona just pulls the file from the matrix, but cannot store it, so pushes it to e.g. a commlink the technomancer has?
