Don't forget the very high ratings in the various mental/personality disorders. He was known as the Mad Monk for a reason.
Seriously, according to history, he was a selfish, self-centered brute who new less about healing people than he did table manners. His remarkable strength of personality and ability to lie to desperate parents put him at the czar's side, and gave him power over Russia. Yes, he was all the rage with the ladies, but dirty, ravenous clergy was very different than anything anyone in that high society had ever seen, and for those jaded fops, he was something else.
Only his death was of anything of note, and that might have just been his killers wanting to be through. After what he did to Russia, maybe killing him once wasn't enough.
...all in my opinion, of course.
