This is my modification of the Generalist by UmaroVI.  I wanted to play a non-face character, since that's all I've done before, and the group I'm joining needs a hacker.  I also wanted to try the Latent Dracomorphosis trait, just because I think it could be an interesting story element.  Comments?

Looks mostly good, a few points:

Toughness is really bad. Compare what Toughness gives you versus what +1 Body gives you, and remember they cost the same.

I don't think you want to split Electronics like that. You're paying more than 40 bp for it, and it's just less good than Electronics 4.

You don't have Electronic Warfare listed. You cannot be a hacker without at least 1.

Your armor encumbers you. Also, your Body score is funny. You have base 3 and an arm with 7, so your average is (3x4+7x1)/5 which is rounding down to 3. Put another point of Body on that arm.

Hmm...I wonder if one can take both Latent Dracomorphosis and Latent Awakening. If so, you could replace Ambidexterity with the second one I mentioned and possibly get something of a 'dual awakening'.

I would drop pistols to 4 and raise your hacking to 6.  Hacking is your specialty after all. 

Do you really need the blades skill?  You already have pistols.  being just "ok" with two attack skills isnt worth it.   It would free up 16 bp. 

Specify your codeslinger (hack on the fly).  Exploit I would assume.

Encephalon would be worthwhile if you can afford it.  It pairs well with PuSHeD.

And like Umaro mentioned, just get the Electronics skill group, at 4 and save some bp.
