I have been GMing two teams on roll20. It's pretty solid, I'd advise not using google talk with it because it cuts the map display by a third. But It's pretty pro in any case.

I've played a little Shadowrun over it an' Skype. It's handy for the die roller, if nothing else, in my opinion. Even if you don't use the tokens and sound options and all the rest, just being able to make the rolls like that is awful nice.
