I think it's the Second Skin that's custom tailored to the wearer. I think of FFBA being the more generalized of the two.

Don't see why both wouldn't be tailored to your form, since many clothes and armor in shadowrun are. The name and traits of Form-fitting certainly imply a tailored fit in my opinion.

So this is a more well rounded and focused version of the character, though none of his pools are insane, I think he's acceptably good at everything that he does. This makes him effectively a Face/Infiltrator/AR Hacker. Thoughts?

Keep in mind, your "Hacking" + attribute skill pools don't matter, you only get the skill rank + program rank.  And while your Neocorts help you out some here, the "doesnt work with major distractions"-thing could cripple you at a clutch moment (I know if I was GM I'd make sure it came up every other sesh or so), and since you don't have PuSHed or Encephalon you're really not at a reliable primary hacker skill level IMO (keep in mind I've never actually played one however). I'd recommend cutting back on the Face-ing focus more on the Hacking.
