RHat, you've hardcapped Magic which means that you spent 25 BP on your sixth power point, with which you purchased Wall Running. This is not a good value. Setting aside your Attribute Boost (STR) power for the moment, your average wall running test (Strength 5 + Running 1) is going to generate 2 successes, which equals 2 meters of wall running. Congratulations, you can wall run to the top of your refrigerator. Most GMs will let you get up there with the Gymnastics skill, especially if you specialize in parkour. I know that you want the 6th point of Magic so that you can have the third Warrior's Way discount, but don't spend the power point on wall running.
Similarly, Missile Mastery is expensive. It's cool and cinematic, I agree, but an extra two ranks in Power Throw would serve you much better. They would give you +2 DV instead of +1 from Missile Mastery, they would increase the range of your throws, and they would only cost half as much. Granted you can't turn every ballpoint pen and credstick in reach into a neck-exploding projectile, but that's an expensive privilege.
Personally, I would drop Missile Mastery and Wall Running. Put the saved points into Power Throw 3. Drop Magic back to 5, which will cause you to lose one of your Way discounts so you'll be 0.25 over budget. Fiddle with your points a bit and you'll find it. The upside to all of this is that you now have 25 BP to work with, which you can use to supplement your skills. And with that segue...
You're a brave man to run the shadows with Perception 0.
You have Vision Magnification listed twice on your goggles. Rating 10 Tranq patches? These have an availability of 20, unless you're purchasing the 2050 version. You're a SINner, so you could have a real vehicle license instead of a fake one if you wanted. Do you really have four fake licenses for the shock frills?
Good luck with this. I like throwy adepts and think they're fun.
