To be frank, Diego's literal first act was to try to betray the group. They've shown more levelheadedness than I would've by not shooting him on the spot. I hope you don't feel he's being singled-out unfairly; I feel Steelfish's response was both in-character and well within the abilities of an established fixer.
If I'm alone in that assumption, please inform me and I'll gladly note that for next time.
Well that's sort of my point, yes they've been really level headed about it, more than should be expected, so why would Steelfish risk them shooting him on the spot? That's the only bit I'm having trouble with. But i suppose it'll just be down to him having faith that the others aren't crazy enough to do that.

So yeah i don't get it, but i'll deal with it.
Also he was testing the group. He just want to see how they'd handle law enforcement and if any of them would do anything wrong when confronted with them. But we're beyond the point where trying to explain that in character would be of any use, after Steelfish vilified Three Star to the team.
