I'd assume the corporation was working on predicting the future.

And be sure to get a DAMN good backstory on why some parent/corp/thing implanted two extra arms on an infant.

That's a fantastic idea...  ;D

That does suggest that you could do this if you hooked cyberlimbs up to someone from birth. If you want to allow it, I would suggest charging 30 karma (or 15 bp) and tacking on Distinctive Style, to represent the time investment in learning to use extra limbs and the wierdness factor, and definitely charging the essence for the extra cyberlimbs.

Addtionally:  SINner and Records on File.  And if they're no longer with the corp, you can safely assume the corp wants them back.

It might be possible to supplement the neural requirements by implanting a VCR with dedicated, hardwired Pilot Programs in each arm, with customized Autosofts to handle the processing power.

In some ways this would be similar to the Balance Tail or Satyr/Raptor Legs cyberware.

I think someone talked about that eariler.  You could rig extra arms, sure.  Or...was that another thread on a similar subject?
Remember, you don't have to kill the vehicle to stop it, just kill the guy driving it.

What you do is you put pilot programs in the arms. And now you're Doc Ock.
Greataxe - Apply directly to source of problem, repeat as needed.

...  Have a technomancer friend link in Machine Sprites.  Now you're the version of Doc Ock where the arms have minds of their own.
