Yes, it's +1/+0 so it adds to worn armor.

Where does it say you can only have one of each individual weave, exactly?

If I recall somewhere on these boards is a comment by the author that they are not supposed to stack, but it has yet to appear as an errata.

Then again, getting Catalyst to release errata....

Yeah, it seems odd to me that I could make a pair of Underoos^tm provide the same protection as, say, SWAT armor.
