I have no idea how to design a zoo, much less a zoo/research facility.

Has anyone found or made one in the past for their own campaigns that they'd be willing to post here?

Note that this is a very small area (something I don't think you quite appreciated in the sourcebook descriptions or from maps that lack a scale bar) - it's only about 1,000 feet on a side. There's an actual park near that spot in real life, so you might want to check that out on Google to get a lay of the land (turn on 3D view too).
