If I play an adept who specializes in martial arts and bladed combat, what would the gist of his every day equipment be(think rock lee from Naruto with a sword)? No cyber or bioware obviously, but if his main focus was jumping into combat, kicking the crap out of the room, and then promptly leaving, what would he carry in his day to day equipment? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Nuromancer had a "vat grown ninja" as the personal manservent of a megacorp ruling family.  Hideo, his name was.  IMO he'd be 'wared down to 1.1 ESS.

Or you could do him as a phys adept.

Critical strike for hand to hand,
Increased skill Blade for adept abilities

I'd get a mask and chameleon coat the jump suit and his sword for stealth missions.

Skill in shurikens and a good 12 of them in order to give your character the ability to hit far away enemies.
A few smoke bombs since every ninja needs a smoke bomb.
You could then get him climbing gear like rope and a grappling hook.

I'd say think of what ninjas of old had for gear and start there.
