Going to point out that this is an example of where you need to be careful with metagame knowledge.
The Laésa would normally fall under Gang knowledge, a subject Spooky knows little about...
That said, in this particular game, Spooky's pretty good Underworld (and in a lesser case, SR community) knowledge skills also apply for knowledge about the Laésa, so he might deduce that the Laésa are somehow involved. You can roll for knowledge, though at this point it's all just a hunch.
Tir Ghosts he doesn't know much about, but well, there's plenty of Trids with them in it to know at least the (exaggerated and hollywoodized) basics.
