So the 2 doors in the back and the one east are fire escape-type doors?

No, the armory and the one in the east are the exit-only doors. The other one in the back is a normal double door. A sturdy one, of course, it's a police station and it's close to the cells; but it was often used to enter the building by cops that returned via motor pool, with or without prisoners.

Where are you (assensing from)? I take it you don't have Panther park her car right in front of the building... The police station may be your target but don't forget this entire neighborhood is Ancient turf. you might get spotted long before you get there... Just if the four of you just stand in front of its gate checking out their defenses; you're very likely to be spotted immediately; and odds are most of the men at the station have seen you or at least heard about you.

From what I see, Rat would be better served going through the back building and sneaking in from the back door.

Are there any exits out of the back of the apartment building that faces the back of the station and it's back door?    Enter the the apartment building and then try and enter the station.

Left, right and behind, the station is surrounded by 6-story apartment buildings. Looks like they weren't allowed to have balconies at the station's side and windows only at 4th-floor and above, all of them non-opening (though, needless to say, plenty of them are now broken).

Since windows or balconies weren't allowed, that means no doors either.
If (some of) you have the skills(/+equipment) to climb out of the 4th story windows or are athletic/sturdy enough to jump/fall the distance (does 6 meters sound about right?), that could be a way towards the back side.

It is more a case of willing. It certainly wouldn't be TS' plan A to jump out of it, though his legs might take it.
