Nico; I'd agree with your statement, if the OP wasn't also trying to cram a shop into the back of his van... Have you ever tried manipulating a 450lb bike by yourself? Even "just" driving it out of the truck would be insanely difficult, as you wouldn't be able to build up speed to actually launch it out of there, and so you'd face a sheer drop of at least two feet  (in my experience) onto the front wheel.

Again, I'm dealing with real world examples so your SR5 experience may vary, but as a GM I'd be very hesitant about allowing any form of swift escape from this contraption. If he took his time lining up a ramp, cutting the restraints, clearing stuff out of the way in order to make a clean getaway, I'd maybe allow a 5 minute process without rolls. Anything shorter than that would result in some serious vehicle handling tests at the very least.

If you really want to add a bike to the van then you can actually just add a special hitch to it that you can put on the bumper of the vehicle.  You won't be able to open the trunk when you put this little attachment on it but you will be able to haul around a motorcycle without raising to many eyebrows.

That seems like the most sensible solution, especially given how many vans have sliding doors on the side to still allow easy access to the back of the van even without the rear doors. Take a very common model, slap on an electrochromic paintjob and some quickly exchangeable parts (RFID plates, tail box, protective tarp) to throw off anyone looking for the bike you narrowly escaped with earlier.
