The spirit heads your call, its mana form shimmering slightly as it interacts with your aura.
Certainly, I will return presently.
It returns after a minute or so, your eyes adjusting to the darkness slightly as you look out over the harbour.
You can just about make out the hull on two of the nearer boats waiting for the tides before making their approach into harbour. They seemed to be of roughly the same shape as the vessel down in the harbour in front of you, probably the other chunk of the local fishing fleet.
His return startled you out of your concentration;
I found little summoner, only a particularly friendly spirit of water who inhabits the bay just outside of the boat-pen as he called it. What else do you require of me?

The view from your vantage point was worlds away from your experience of the east end docks. This was a seriously sleepy little place. The harbourmaster's office was tiny. at this point of the night you figured there'd be one, at most maybe two staff on, even then they'd probably only be interested in an hour or so when the tide shifts and the boats out in open water wanted to return.
You figured there'd be a camera covering the gate to the jetty, but the gate itself wasn't exactly impressive from this distance.
A number of small rowing boats and inflatables used to access the larger pleasure craft were moored up to an unsecured section of the harbour and you could see that the token security gestures were purely for the commercial fleeted that harboured here.
You could easily subvert one of the access boats to circumvent the gate and camera if you wanted to, or take your chances with the light staffing in the harbourmaster's office.
