Oh, I thought running out of the car and readying her firearm was her first action. Should I assume that is done? But in any case, I used full defence for the attack, so Clem can't do anything.

I hope Con and Clem can (somehow) deal with the sniper and whatever mage is nearby, at least long enough for Snow to get Sammy back on her feet.

Okay, now would be the time to make it clear about your third attacker(s), if you take an action to look for them, now that you know they are there, it is a threshold 2, instead of a threshold 4, to spot them.  Once you have them in sight, attacks will be as normal unless they do something sneaky.  Or you can hope that casual perception with protect you, your choice.

Clem and Con both aborted their first passes to defense, so, no, they do not have weapons ready.  Assuming you are doing so now.

Super.  I will wait until everyone else is done with all IPs then roll initiative for the second turn.  My intent is to use the first aid kit on Sammy then call out to find out who is worst off.

Well, Sam's in bad shape, but he's not important tactically. And he's feeling loopy enough that he doesn't realize just how bad things are, so he's not going to be asking for help, either.
