Snow nods and tries to link to the club's public node to get an idea of what the place looks like.  She downloads anything that looks useful.  She tries to find interior shots to get an idea if Elves are accepted.  Perhaps they have a sign indicating if a particular meta is unwelcome.

You are able to find plenty of public access data on Club K.  It is a renovated warehouse, so a floor-plan would be superfluous, its a big square room.  The most prominent feature is the semi-sunken pit in the center for the games.

Snow looks at the set up.  "OK guys, here it is.  Seems like the place is a converted warehouse, so basically just one fragging huge room.  There is a sunken pit of some size in the center of the room, probably for the games they play.  Still no idea from the pics on whether all metas are welcome."

O'Connor finished off his plate of food, "Well, we got a name and a location. No point in lollygagging." He rose and headed back towards the vehicle. As he passed the food truck, he called to Diablo. He wasn't fluent in spanish by any means, but he knew a word or two. Unfortunately that was a word too few, "Gracias amigo por...la foodo?" His pronunciation was also drek, gracias came out sounding more like grassy-ass. After an awkward pause, he hurried along to their ride.

Snow also finishes her food.  Standing, she tosses the plate and wrappers into the small trash bin and moves to the car.  She clears her throat.  "I do not know if we have a cohesive plan yet, but I am not unused to places like this.  I have certain......skills.....that might allow me to move inside without too much interference.  You can consider that in your planning while we drive there."

"So how about this" said Clem as she was removing herself from the meal, "Con, Snow and Torley go in while Sammy and me stay outside on standby, making sure nobody slips out the door. You don't need to be inside to do your magical tricks, right?" asks Clem as she turned around to face Sammy.

"To have a look around in the astral, no," Sammy said, "unless they have put up wards, but I doubt it in this kind of place.  To actually sling spells at people, I have to see them, so yes.  But if we're close to the door, we can be inside quickly enough.  Spirits I can summon outside, but as soon as I let it do something beyond my visual range, that's the last thing it will do for me.  In this case I think I can be outside.  I'll have a look around in the astral before the rest goes in, just to be sure, but normally they shouldn't need big mojo inside."

Snow takes down her long braid and pulls a pair of large reading glasses from her handbag as they travel to the club location.  The glasses have the effect of making her large eyes seem even larger.  She pulls some gloss out and freshens her lips as she asks, "Are we looking for this Leo, or just any of the gang?  And what do we want from them?"

"Bacchus has gone to ground, we need to find his hidey-hole. Leo, or Bacchus' old cronies, will be the ones with the location. I'd rather get it from the head honcho, but that ain't really necessary." O'Connor was in the back seat shutting down the smartlinks on his weapons. Without his comm's smartgun system, the links were useless and he was a bit worried about that weird code, "Hey Snow, when you get a chance, can you check over the smartlinks on my guns? I need to know if that code in our comms infected them too."

Snow nods.  "Sure.  I can do that.  And just to let you know, the techs seemed to be of the initial impression that they might need to do a factory reset of the 'links.  They won't do that without our permission, so does anyone have a problem with them doing that if they cannot figure out a different solution?"

"What does that exactly do, a factory reset," Sammy asked, "Does that wipe everything on there, or is it only certain settings that change?"

She knew how to keep her commlink reasonably secure, but she was no hacker.  There were things she didn't know about the thing, just like most people.

"To my knowledge, there are two types of resets.  One wipes everything and takes it back to when you took it out of the box the first time.  The other is more selective.  I did not have time to ask them which they were thinking of, but they will not do anything until we say it is OK.  Right now they are just looking."

"Whatever" answered Clem with a shrug. "As long as I don't have to see a calorie count every time someone mentions dinner."

"If a reset is necessary, I'd rather have the selective one if I can choose," Sammy said.

When they were close to the club, she asked the car to be stopped somewhere so she could do an astral recon of the club


I'm doing a look-around in the club, just checking things.  I'm looking for wards, checking out the amount and level of awakened population in the club.  As I don't know the aura's of Bacchus or any other of the A-Kidz, I can unfortunately not look specifically for them.

Snow nods, but otherwise remains quiet, getting her mindset into another world.  She waits until Sammy finishes her astral recon and Clem gives the word to go.
