First, talk to everyone else who's irritated at this hose-head. Get them to agree to follow your lead. Then talk to the hosehead. If it's the player, explain things to him nicely; if it's the character, explain things to him nicely. If he sees things your way, great. If not, then smile after the next meet, and say that y'all are tired of paying his 'transport tax', and y'all are gonna walk, or take taxis, or ride the bus or something - anything but go with him. Oh, sorry, he needs you to get him into the location? Tell him he'll just have to wait until y'all can manage to make it there. That's gonna screw the run? Well, that's his problem, isn't it?
Here's the trick to this: willingly take the hit to your reputation/Notoriety. Spend Street Cred like water to make it go away on y'all - make sure that everyone knows any issues come from this guy hosing his own team. Make sure your GM is okay with you guys doing this too.
Later on, go in with everyone else to get your own vehicle. Now, this is important: make sure it's stealthier than his. Make sure it blends in better, looks more innocuous, whatever. Then deliberately semi-botch a run, arrainging things so that corporate security thinks that you went and got into his van. Make sure he parks by an entrance to the sewer, that sort of thing - go down the grate when security can't see you, etc.
When he bitches about hosed runs, his van getting shot up, whether it's IC or OOC, shrug and ask him if he thinks it's a good idea to continue to charge 'transport tax' when his van isn't getting the shit shot out of it. He gets his cut after repairs, ammo, etc. is taken out of the group's payment. Or he can shape up and be a team player.
Alternately, after talking to him each time before the run, let him do this for three more runs. Then arrange on the side for a replacement decker to be waiting in the wings (PC or NPC, doesn't matter) and as soon as he jacks into VR, put multiple bullets (silenced) through his brainpan. When the player bitches (which he will), tell him that y'all decided that you'd paid enough rent and the van was now yours. As is his cyberdeck, etc.
