Mercedes smiles back at the screen, pushing in the speaker button, she says "Hi! <squelches static over the intercom> sent us. He said you'd be able to attend some of our 'special' requests and when didn't matter if we had the nuyen! We were hoping to get a girl (or two) for the next few hours and we've got money to make it worth it."

@Mercedes:
[OOC: Madame's Con resist: Negotiation 4 + Charisma 5 = (9d6.hits(5)=3).]

The Madame pauses for a moment and turns to someone who you can't see who's next to her and consults a little.  "I don't think any of my girls are gonna get out of bed for less than 3000 nuyen.....My ladies are quite luxurious and they hate to be disturbed.."  The Madame gives you an overly dramatic little pout that turns into a smile, which on a troll is quite a sight to behold....it's actually quite admirable how amazingly skilled a middle-aged female troll would have to be to pull off the kind of pizazz which she exudes.

@Mercedes:
[OOC: Madame's Negotiation roll: (9d6.hits(5)=2)

"Ok, we'll do 2500 nuyen....remember, you have come to the Pearl Tongue and our establishment is difficult to reach for a reason".  She smiles and looks dead on into the camera.

"Deal, but we want your best girl!" She waits for the attendant to buzz the door open.

@Mercedes:

The Madame smiles and buzzes open the front door.  "All our ladies are simply the best and all you must do is choose the flower whose aroma tickles your pallet in just the way the mood strikes you this afternoon."

Mercedes smiles at the screen as she opens the door for her and Woofer, "Domo, goryounin."

As Woofer and her make their way inside, she sends a burst to the group, We're in.

Hearing that they are heading in Cynthia smiles to herself. "Show time. This should just take a second or two."

Here we go:
7d6.hits(5) → [6,6,1,2,3,5,6] = (4)
BBCode
    7d6.hits(5)=4

6d6.hits(5) → [6,4,6,1,3,3] = (2)
BBCode
    6d6.hits(5)=2

Pulling the lock off I look at my timer. 6 Seconds not bad. "I'm in." I open the door and if possible make it look like it is still locked without doing so. I look around the door and slip through.
"Walking through walls isn't tough..... if you know where the doors are."
"It's not being seen that is the trick."

[OOC: Well, if it's a publically-broadcasting Node, then I'll use its Matrix ID and punch myself an entrance to their system.  Let's start with a couple of Analyze tests.  Analyze 6 +1 skill +3 nan +1 PuSHeD = 11d6.hits(5) → [6,3,1,1,2,1,2,6,3,4,1] = (2) and again (dunno if there's a -2 for trying the same test again, but I'm looking for more information, not a different outcome so..)  11d6.hits(5) → [2,1,3,5,6,4,5,6,2,1,6] = (5)  Hopefully that should give me some info about this node before I try and hack my way in.

@B.B.:
The node is shaped in the same way as the neon sign on the outside of the building with the entrance to the node being through the mouth of the Naga.  You see that it's a rating 4 system and a rating 4 firewall.

@Cynthia:
You slip into a dank stair-well which leads into a hallway which is lined by several doors on each side.  The hallway seems to end at the top of another stairwell going down.

@Mercedes & Woofer:
As you walk in and shut the front door behind you, you come into a lounge waiting room where there are several sofa's and easy chairs upholstered with red synth-silk and yellow embroidery.  An AR icon of a neon green Naga slowly floats through the room on a timed cycle much like a screen-saver.  Standing in-front of you is a young asian woman and as she gestures to you to take a seat on one of the sofa's, you can tell that she is nothing more than a life-like drone by the well known eerie feeling you get around her and her stilted mannerisms.  Speaking simultaneously in english and japanese, she asks you if you would like any tea and that the madame would be with you shortly.  The AR menu screen listing the girls also appears before you and you can manipulate the AR icon with your AR gloves or simsense as if it were a real menu.  One of the girls seems to be awake, a blond elven girl with only a bathrobe and her hair wet.  She casually looks at you and then, takes a tray with some cereal and coffee up back up a carpeted flight of stairs, the smoke from her cigarette trailing behind her.  The sleepy look in her eyes gave you the feeling that you're seeing the Pearl Tongue "behind the scenes" since the place isn't really revved up to receive clientele yet.

"Alright, let's class it up a little before we begin."
Brian took out a piece of Betel gum and used it as a scoop to collect a little Betameth on the end.  He snorted the cloudy crystals and threw his head back, sniffing a bit more.  "D'ah!"  He tapped the gum off in the meth baggie before popping it in his mouth.  "Guh!  Ack!  Tastes like licking a port-a-john.  Fuggin' Hannibal selling stepped-on street shit... N'urg.  The drip..."  He shivered a bit at the taste and a bit more at the feeling of it flooding his brain.

"And now to lay the groundwork..."

[OOC:  Hacking on the fly in AR for a basic User account.  Exploit 5 +6 skill +1 commlink optimization +1 PuSHeD +3 NAN (figure you can decide whether they help or not) = 16d6.hits(5) → [2,4,3,1,1,2,2,6,3,4,4,2,6,1,1,1] = (2)  wow..  last 3 certainly don't matter.  I've got the Mute option on my exploit, so if I set off an Alert, it'll be delayed for 1CT.
Gonna roll IP2 15d6.hits(5) → [6,5,4,4,2,5,6,1,6,2,1,1,4,3,5] = (6)  So that should log me on in 2 passes.
Next action is going to be setting up a Reusable Exploit (Uw p97).  Ought to be Hacking + Exploit (8) test with a 1IP increment.
So, 3rd pass. 16d6.hits(5) → [1,2,1,2,3,5,1,6,1,3,2,5,3,1,2,6] = (4)  This is getting dirty.
Here's an opposed roll for the system's watchdog.  Stealth 5 +6 Hacking + 1 Pushed +3 NAN = 15d6.hits(5) → [1,4,6,2,6,5,1,6,3,5,1,3,6,1,5] = (7)
Here's another test for the Reusable Exploit.  Only need one hit... 15d6.hits(5) → [2,3,1,6,5,4,5,4,5,4,3,2,2,5,6] = (6)
Another hide test before logging out.
15d6.hits(5) → [3,5,4,4,1,3,5,4,4,5,6,4,3,1,6] = (5)

Lemme know if you want any other rolls.
Edit: Figure I might as well get Initiative out there.
Rea 4+2 Int5+1 = 12d6.hits(5) → [4,5,5,6,6,2,6,5,6,1,1,6] = (8)  So, final init of 20.  I suppose the first hit of meth is always the best...
