Another defensive use for industrial lubricant...  Get a wet-suit or the like, coat everything but your hands and feet, and let's see folks try to grab you then!  It'd be a good trick when messing with grappling types, at the least.

Lie that stuff, maybe even worse. So ..maybe a penalty to handling, driving skill, and a reduction of acceleration to 1/2, or even 14th, rounded down..with a handling test required to do anything--accelerate, decelerate, with penalties.
