Increase the cost of the object to 1.5% of the base and call it a deal. This will let you control that wirelessly. SO  it's not just a compartment built into the arm that you have to open to access, it's a device that you can take a free action to equip ie finger iris's open and approp. screwdriver moves forward. Upper arm compartment slot slides open and drone launches etc. That should give you your go-go-gadget feel. Now, if you're wearing a jacket & gloves to disguise the arm they'll have to be removed, or increase the cost to 2x to have a custom made version that requires a simple action to snap/flip open.
