I agree. Plus, Bikki is probably the least attractive target.
If a gang passes through your territory, two grim-looking gangers, one ugly ork and a tiny, eleven-year old child, who's the one you would attack the last?

He can just be hit from area of effect like gernade or stray bullet.

If that happens, you want someone to be in working condition that can carry and protect the others.

I'd say leave him. Despite being a big scary troll it is not like he is an incredible combatant, one more shot and he is RIP. 
Let's move to a scene where we are taking bikki to thamal?  I don't feel very strongly about not giving him an armor.  If Riker prefer to keep that armor for himself fine.

Ok, but actually, it might be a good idea if Lucky wore it. Riker has armored clothing and a helmet. As back up he shouldn't be in the direct line of fire.
But I agree to leave the troll at home, unless the doc could do something for him too (maybe in exchange for that nice vest?)

Luck already has better armor. the standard unmodified Armor Jacket and helmet. If there is one thing to invest for a human in the street full of trolls and orcs it is a good armor.

However we decide, Scipio would like to do three things before going to Thamel:
- Reload his gun (been waiting for an opportunity to do so)
- Write a casual message to his friend Bajitha, just to make sure she's not the bahini FY was writing about
- If no big deal: buy gel ammo. He's sick of hesitating and not wanting to kill his opponents

Does anyone else want to get stuff?
Is it possible to skip that since one could assume that they know the area well enough to find a suiting seller rather quickly?

Oh and if we can't decide what to do with the armor vest, Scipio would be glad about some armor.

Since i assume the vest is better than what you are wearing right now, I'd be happy  Riker or Lucky takes the new vest (I don't think Riker is just the rearguard, Manisha and Ravinder might want to dispose of him, he is alone, he could really use it), and Scipio could get your old protection-clothing.

Sounds like a deal. They are his biker clothes, so there should be enough stretch to be a one size fits all
