Maybe I expressed myself badly, but as psycho835 pointed out, those anti-magic measures were meant for a meet with a Johnson.
Anyway, thanks guys, great ideas!
As busy ppl we stick to the basic SR5, so we refrain from using additional rules from the street grimoire. Wards, barriers and chatty watchers will suffice.

Mages on planes:
As contemporary (2015) security policy considering airlines is very thorough/paranoiac, it prohibits, regardless of the reputation of the person, anything dangerous from guns, knifes to even liquid, I could imagine in Shadowrun times security should be even more so:
mages have to be cuffed, blindfolded or/and unconscious during flights. Right?
Because: there will always be some lunatic trying to blow up a plane. I think no airline would take this risk.
I severely doubt it security concerns or not telling the high level VIP his teenage daughter needs to be blindfolded, cuffed and/or unconscious is going to lose you a huge amount of customers (his entire corporate account for example and everyone under him) then there's the law suits (emotional trauma to the girl in question and possibly physical if she gets injured by the cuffs).
No I imagine for most airlines magic security would be. . .
1) Does person X detect as a mage during the initial check in yes/no.
2) If no pass onto other security checks.
3) If yes did they have all the correct licenses and permits.
4) If no detain till you've determined whether they have a valid reason for this (teenager just awakened and not aware). If valid reason exists reschedule to later flight with appropriate measures in place. If no pass on to the police.
5) If they have all licenses and permits allow to board after checking they understand no magic is to be cast on board for their own safety due to the mana voids that are especially dangerous to a mage on sub-orbital flights (these are mentioned in one of the supplements and I doubt it'd refer to making sure mages know about the potential dangers if they were going to be rendered unable to expose themselves to them).
