@All, I'm still around and kicking.  My apologies for the lack of content.  Working on a rather lengthy IC post atm.

So everyone is aware, my wife had a tonsillectomy on Monday.  I've been playing nurse since then, and the lack of sleep/work load has really fucked with my posting schedule.  Estimated recovery time is two weeks, but I'm unsure how long she's going to need the level of care that she has so far.  I'll keep you guys posted.

@SGT, your last IC post was just fine.  I've pretty much got the response written, and I'll try to get it up today.

@Poindexter, there's no problems getting into Cabaret West.  Do you think you could take the lead and get Hopeless and Norway inside?  Cabaret West has 3 dance floors, and the dancers take the main stage first, before finishing out their sets with one dance each at the next two.  Tammy is on the main stage when the pair enters, so there's time to get drinks, etc., and get Norway a lap dance before she comes to sit down next to Hopeless.

@All, my next IC post will contain the information from Stoke's data pack.  I have my own ideas on what it contains, but if there is some specific information that the team was hoping for, ask now, and I'll see if the threshold for that information was reached by his rolls.

My apologies again for how absent I've been.  This has been one hell of a summer, but my life is not usually like this, I promise.

@SGT, ok, so that hurt.  The ork and his pals failed to notice the handguns on The Phoenix's person, so I made Surprise rolls with a +3 mod for each.  The ork passed, so he gets a Defense Test.  Both of the other chummers succeeded as well, so they can act normally.

The Called Shot hits, and maxes out at 4S on the ork.  He is Stunned, Nauseous, and Buckled currently.

@Jack, anything that you'd like to do with this new information provided by La Sombre?  Any big missing pieces that should've been addressed? 

@SGT, will Marissa be following the boys back to Winton?  If not, feel free to jump into the last IC post when she would make that known, and I can edit my last IC to reflect that. 

@All, what are the next steps for the team?  What legwork still needs to be done, and what direction are you guys thinking are the best to take?  There's a lot of info floating around, so if I can provide some background on any locations, characters, etc. let me know.  Some of it won't involve in any rolling, some will, but there are a lot of potential avenues, so I don't want to unnecessarily clutter things up. 

Timeline issues to be addressed:

1. As soon as we get Hopeless past Cinco de Mayo, he's got an incoming call from Ms. Dadlez that needs to be addressed.
2. Early evening on Saturday the 6th, is the earliest time that the whole team could get back together to discuss things.

So everyone is aware, I have the work schedule laid out for the next few weeks until we hire a replacement.  My guys are really stepping up, so that helps a lot.  Things will still be a bit crazy with taking care of my wife early this next week, but she's recovering nicely.  She still doesn't have a voice, and she can't take care of herself, but things are as good as can be expected.

Since it is not a group-based event, I would feel a little guilt if it restrained from keeping the group flow going, but as long as it's not interrupting, I am more than happy to continue it (when I do post)

I am stuck in mobile at the moment, but it can be safely assumed that Marissa will be concealingalmost any weapon she can within reason in anticipation of this event.  I mention the mobile part because it makes rolling almost impossible, and doing that many palming checks not feasible, heh.  Apologies for the inconvenience.

As for getting a plan together, the idea if meeting up at a private, quiet locale seems wiz.  From the info that I can gather (my brain retains jists, but is drek on details, sorry) I have a feeling one if us will be assuming a dancing role at one of the clubs to get close to some of our marks...while I'd love to see Hopeless in this role, it seems best suited for either Gabriella or Marissa.  Gonna think on the rest.
