Hey Red, I've been going over the thread again, just to get my numbers straight and I only have one question. I started off with 8 services from Sammo, then ordered him to help us in the fight, which cost 1 service. But then, during the fight, I specifically gave him the order to deal with the truck. Did that second order cost me a service or was that part of the greater, "help us in the fight" service?

I don't think that request hit the threshold of needing you to subtract an additional service.  I may feel differently about requests that would put the spirit in danger -- when it would rather not -- or were really "off" in some way or another, but "deal with the truck" doesn't.

What's the play?  The Phoenix won't have to travel far west of the 620 before things go from barrens to low class to middle-low class where more patrols are likely.  By the time you get west of I35W, you're well into B areas, where patrols won't be difficult to come by at all, but response time and cameras will be much more common.

Assuming you find a random patrol car, what then? 

As much as it makes sense to, let's do some of the planning ICly.

Dangit. Things happened too fast and i wasn't on the ball. Do I get a stun healing roll for the sleep? Where DID we sleep last night anyways?

Yeah, I kinda just moved things along to keep it rolling. You definitely had a chance to sleep off some Stun, and everyone recovered a point of Edge.

I assumed everyone slept at their own pad and met at the cafe in the morning.

I wouldn't expect B-Know to be too pissed. I mean, he didn't call Ian about it or anything, did he?

Alright, so it sounds like La Sombre is down for the distract-and-snatch routine.  Let's get a plan for pulling this together.

Some initial questions from your GM:
1. Are you trawling the streets for the Star, or are you manufacturing a disturbance?
2. How far into suburbia are you wanting to go?
3. Are you taking any measures to get a bead on where the Star is and where they will be?
4. What kind of a scene for the crime would you like to locate?

1. I'd rather not manufacture a disturbance.  The whole purpose is to not bring attention to ourselves here.
2. I've no preference on how 'burbs we go.  Maybe an area knowledge to come up with the best place to find a star chillin' at a 6th world dunkin' donuts?  (sorry, my creativity failed me for coming up with a good name for that) Area Knowledge to find a cop (Int 5 + AK (dfw) 1 + ME 2 = : 8d6t5 3
3. Sniffles would be performing Matrix OW to keep an eye out for one.
4.  I'm thinking at the coffee/donut shop?  Troll's aren't to well loved by the Star 'round here, so I wouldn't try to use Sniffles being sick trying to get help to a doctor or anything.  Maybe Mr. Hopeless can ask the Star for some kind of help?  Something to distract while La Sombre does a bump and pick?

@Zwei, ok, so 3 hits lands between "Detailed" and "Intricate" on a Knowledge test so we'll say that Sniffles knows about a little twenty-four hour diner located just a few blocks east of the precinct house.  He's probably passed by around shift change to see the place just crawling with Star.  Further away from shift change, and you probably still stand a fair shot of finding one or two.

In the meantime, can I get a general Perception test for everyone who wants to give it a shot?  Ditto for Matrix and Astral Perception.  Roll any specs that you have separately.
