Actually thinking about it some more...use a bunch of standard tags instead...I am sure we could get this down to 15-25  nuyen if we try hard enough...a 3/3/3 hacking machine for less than a flashlight....SOO BROKEN

8 standard tags...0.8 nuyen
1 stealth tag...        1 nuyen

1.8 nuyens for a hacking  tag,

You might have to make 10 of them for a whopping 18 nuyen
