So I play a Physical Adept Sioux Bow Archer and she has been dubbed Hawkeeye or Green Arrow. All arrows come from Run And Gun as the basic Core rulebook has just the standard arrow and bow. Page 115 has Ammo Whammy which are called shots based on the ammo you use. However this all seems geared to Bullets and Only Bullets. The one exception is on page 117 of Run and Gun with a called shot called "That Hit The Spot!" which lists Stick 'n' Shock ammo but doesn't specify if it's just bullet or can included arrow. The called shot "Here's Muck in your Eye!" lists explosive and there is explosive arrow heads. I would like to use some of these called shots with arrows since My Adept can hit with a 10 or 9 accuracy depending on the arrow (Because of Adept Power Points, High Agility of 7, custom Grip and bow archery focus) with a 17 dice pool base.

As a GM my opinion would be for the SnS and Explosive examples you listed they would be A-OK and use em to your hearts content.

Keep in mind: all those rules apply to ranged attacks. Be it with rocks or missiles!

You just have to be able to meet the qualifications. For the two you mentioned, you definately meet the requirements (after the proper arrow head selection, naturally), so SHOOT AWAY!

If you read closely, and wisely invest karma, you may find a few other options that you can do.

Hmmm, would this also count for "That Hit The Spot" with injector arrows/bolts for the increased toxin effects?

On a similar vein with the SnS heads... and I right is suspecting that combining SnS head with a rating 1 static shaft would work for crossbows? including pistol crossbows?

I would imagine the rating of the static shaft would need to be the same rating as the base damage code of the crossbow.

If you want to match bows you want to make it DV - 2 = Rating, I think.

This is good to know because I have another character who uses a Crossbow. She's a Magician who also uses Alchemy to enchant her crossbow bolts. I actually, until I made and played my Adept, never fired a single crossbow bolt as my Magician's group actively tries to avoid direct fights. Playing my Adept has given me a little more confidence to play my Mage for next homebrew.

My Adept uses a Rating 5 bow and rating 5 arrows. Funny story, she shot an arrow to disarm a guy of his high powered assault Rifle. The arrow hit with enough fource that it penetrated the gun. The GM rolled some armor and materials for the gun and rolled low. There is a section for piercing building materials based on the base rating of damage. The Gm ruled that AK-97's are made from common metal. When I disarm a guy using an arrow it's essentially hitting the weapon to be out of hand. I now have this Ak-97 with an arrow through it that I want to get mounted and give back to her arrow supplier for supplying my Adept with such awesome arrows!

We had a troll adept with 10 str wielding in a bow in our game for a while.  He had the bright idea to use some injection arrows to try and take down a target without killing him... that didn't work out so well.

Yeah 10 STR, which is about the strength of a horse, can kill targets pretty easily.

When we go to get people and we don't want to kill them (( unless you're that adept that follows Beast or Shark or similar Mentor Spirits )) I will generally have my Adept use SnS arrows with Static Shaft to just get over that little bit of armor or regular SnS with no apparent skin-graft/armor. There is also Hammerhead arrows. Much safer bet than Injection arrows.

For the life of me I can't remember:

Are bows capped to a STR rating again as they were in 4e?

That is always is an option for "Mega Troll Archer", using a bow that does less damage. (in 4e for the troll to do 10p damage, he needed a rating 10 bow. if he used a rating 4 bow, his damage was capped at 4)

The (bow's) Rating is also used to determine its range and damage (maximum Rating is 10). Use the lowest value of your Strength, the bow’s rating, or the arrow Rating for range and damage when attacking a target, because your average Rating 10 titanium-sheathed beryllium-alloy bow tends to turn wood or fiberglass arrows into powder when they hit a target.
