Venom's dodges the attack with ease, he seems to be superhuman fast. Focusing his entire attention on not being hit and still suffering shock from the taser places Venom unable to attack. At the meantime Finestra assults Venom with unarmed blows that seem more focused at giving Kynos a clear shot than at damaging Venom. The orc is so massive and heavily armored that Finestra's unaugmented strength has little chance to actually effect Venom but she does what she can to keep him occupied.. 
 

I gave Venom -2 wound modifiers, fixing to -3. Forgot about the -5  initiative so his initiative drops from 6 to 10. He goes full defense with the agile defender quality - I was not sure about it but it seems like his only chance to ride through this combat round, hoping for a better initiative in the future.
Venom goes full defense - adding 7 agility to the mix.

Finestra's struggles were what made the difference: A second shot hit Venom, but couldn't penetrate deeply enough to make more than a superficial connection, so the ork just raged through it.
But Finestra had grabbed hold of the man's boot, stopping him for just a second in his track.

Kynos aimed again and fired for a third time. The tines connected again, just outside the ork's skin, but this time it found a connection: The capacitators unloaded their charge and with a final spasm, the ork went down.

Kynos immediately reloaded the small mag of the taser and began furiously to bind the orks limbs with the thin electro wires, while he dragged him inside the bathroom.

"Good work, try to clean up a bit and hope to hell, that this suit is really as sound proof as the concierge promised."

@Athos your only response is angry 'shushing' from some the people near the tree. Your presence seem to offend their emotions. Athos is simply not charismatic enough to get their attention with a speech, what little attention he receives only makes people angrier. In a way it has been like that most his life - and Athos must feel that nobody really wants to hear a troll speaks.

Faith said "we do not have any professional driver, I can drive a little bit and I have few others that are remotely familiar with the craft. We do not rely on vehicles much tough. We have archers and swordmen if it helps. "

@Kynos Finestra say "Fine shooting... this guy has some anger management issues I am glad I didn't have to sleep with him." She takes a moment with a pocket cosmetic kit to conceal the ugly bruise that Venom left on her neck. None of you get much done as several moments later the guards are alarmed by the electricity going off and they are knocking at the door quite vigorously.

"I'll deal with them, but first: Did I understand this right: Venom expected those two to kill him?
In that case, we'll try another faint."
With two quick steps Kynos walked to the window and janked the curtains open. Than he opened the door to the balcony.

"I'll wait in the bathroom. When you let them in, tell them Venom climbed over the balcony and jumped to the next suit.
Now let them in when I'm in position. Hopefully one of them will immediately start to pursue him while the other searches the room."

With that Kynos readied the taser again and went into the dark bath to await the "bodyguards".

Athos had initially planned on trying to see Minnie and Nagisa, but Strawberry's message meant he has to put that off a bit.  He realizes that he does not even know where the two girls are as every time he has asked about them he gets no answer from anyone.  Faith has no drivers and Bruno will be riding his bike as an escort, so Athos will need to drive the first load.  Not for the first time does he wonder what life might have been like if he had not been born a Troll.  He has always had problems with people listening to him, and now is no exception.  He cannot seem to get Strawberry or Faith to come down from their own pillars of how they see the world.  It is like pulling teeth just to get either of them to budge even the slightest bit in his direction.  And those fraggers at the tree seem more interested in moaning about their losses than in listening to his ideas.  Perhaps he is not the best one to do this sort of thing, but he is all he has at the moment.  Still, it is frustrating almost beyond any sort of caring and he is getting more blasé about his idea every time he has to fight someone for an inch of ground.  Blue's offer looks more and more tempting every time he has an argument with either Strawberry or Faith.

He gets to the van and climbs in after briefing Bruno on what is happening.  After a handful of Faith's people climb aboard, he heads off to the crop pick up location provided by the recalcitrant mage.  Once again he wonders if this drek is worth it.

Maxwell utilizes Mortis' power and he walks out of the room and into the elevator unnoticed.  From there he goes down to the first floor and searches for the front exit out.  This doesn't take long and before he knows it he could see the outside world, along with the drone sentries.  To get past the robots he'd have to actually try being sly in his footwork.  Furtively, he tries to ghosts through them in case the magical subterfuge was not enough.

During all of this, Maxwell strikes up a conversation with his spirit.  Many question roiled within the mage's brain.  Perhaps the spirit might impart some wisdom as Maxwell travels to his old lodging.

"How is spending an eternity sleeping in a tomb more entertaining than what I have you doing right now?  Also you're going to help with other stuff too.  I'm probably going to need your strength to ward off impertinent spirits and superstitious fools.  But we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.  The big question I have for you is what's changed?  The spirits have become harder to summon, almost like they go out of their way to avoid me.  But when I do manage to summon one it manages to show up stronger than intended.  What gives?  I'm not doing anything different."

With the spirit help Maxwell is able to leave the compound without any of the drones open fire. He still faces the previous problem that got him to approach the building in the first place. Maxwell is inside a the fenced perimeter - the only exist that allows him to just walk out leads to a pipe that leads to the sewers.

@Athos Faith joins you along with Paprika, that is clearly a sword woman. The delivery rutines goes rather peacefully but it is hard work and you spend most of the day going back and forth with the van as it is a bit small for the amount of goods you need to transfer. It is already late afternoon where your delivery takes you to Gino's where just a week ago Athos and Minnie had a wonderful breakfast and encountered Huminis thugs.

you are half way unpacking the van when the Humanis gang is about to leave. When they see the van they approach you guys in a threatening manner probably looking for a fight or at least some verbal abuse. The problem is with these scum is that  if you lift a finger to hurt them, you will only fuel their propaganda of how violent trogs really are.

While he waited, Kynos glanced down at the still form of Venom lying on the bathroom floor. Surprisingly he felt nothing. The job wasn't done yet and the ork might still slip through bis fingers. But he knew it would be a lot harder to bring his corpse out oft the hotel than his still breathing yet unconscious body.
He focused again at the door, ready to fire...

A hand reaches for the top of Maxwell's head, an interplay of confusion and aggravation brew.  Seeing no other option, he climbs into the pipe and travels down the sewer.  He's greeted by the smell of rusted steel, stagnant water and wasted air.  He'd have to traverse the miasmic abyss and wish some ladder or pathway leading to the surface would appear during the descent.  Maxwell knew Rigor Mortis had the answer but seemed more keen to taunt the mage instead of enlightening him.  Still concealed by the spirit, Maxwell briskly strides through the sewer and converses with Mortis.

"True, it's with your power that you aid me in tasks i'd otherwise be hard pressed to pull off.  But it's mine that allows you and other spirits to enter this world.  Also you're ten feet tall!  Everything is going to look small to you."

Athos considers what the delivery route is like and what sort of truck might be better for this.  He confers with Bruno at one of the stops and asks him if he knows anyone who might have some trucks that can carry a heavier load and are perhaps better armed and armored.

He watches the Humanis gangers approach the van and steps forward to greet them, motioning for Faith and the others to keep unloading but be cautious.  He singles out the human that seems to be in charge.  "Hey guys.  You are just in time.  Care to earn a bit of cash to help us offload?  We are running a bit behind schedule and could use the help.  Not looking for any trouble, just trying to do a job."

@Kynos as Finestra opens them the door the two guards storms in in broken English they ask "What did you do to Mr. Dang?". Kynos knows for a fact that Finestra speaks fluent Japanese but she answers in English, perhaps especially so that Kynos remains in the loop. "He was kidnapped... the attacker took off from the window." As far as Kynos can tell the guards are not violent, however one of them reaches to the bathroom's door.

'Damn it. Keep it simple. I said he escaped.'
But there was nothing to it now. Finestra had committed to the lie and one of them was at the bathroom door.
Kynos aimed where he expected the man's neck to appear and waited, the finger ready at the trigger.

Finestra adds "Look, he dropped his comlink before he escaped perhaps it could help you. I was only looking to make a living... this is not what Mr. Dang paid me for. " The door is half opened but the attention of the guard turns to the comlink. Then Kynos hears DemoX voice, the dwarf waited at the hall. He say with an authoritative voice a few words in Japanese "Shinshi wa, watashi wa ikutsu ka no denki-teki mondai o kaiketsu suruhitsuyōgāru heya o kuria shite kudasai. Sore ga wazuka sū-bu kakarimasu, Then he repeats "I mean there is electricity problem please leave lady.'
Finestra answers "Oh ofcourse" and then appears to be whispering to the guards "the kidnappers took off the electricity, I got to get out of here before I get into legal troubles."
Kynos is uncertain what happens next but shortly after he hears DemoX in his subvocal "We got to think fast boss... I got them out of the room but the real electrician is literally at the elevator. I track his toolbox through the matrix."


DemoX asks them to clear the area so that he can fix the electricity. Finestra will treat him like a non suspicions real electrician and believe him instantly (giving him cooperation bonus) and DemoX receives +2 circumstances bonus because there really is an electrical problem and an electrician on the way.
Finestra has 12 dice for con:

Than just tell the electrician, that you connected a faulty loading cable to your commlink and tripped a breaker. Nothing to worry, you threw the cable out of the window because it was smoking. Just have him reset the breakers, give him a tip and leave with him while making small talk. 

Finestra, why didn't you tell them that Venom ditched his bodyguards and escaped by himself? Now they have a legitimate reason to call security.>>

@Athos - The thug leader say... "You trogs are built for hard work, how about you pay us and we watch as you work?"  You can see that Paprika is about to throw something at their leader but Faith holds her back. They are not much more than teenagers.

@Maxwell the first you see the combat scene, the bodies are no longer there. All is squeaky clean. Then as you go further into the pipe you hear all sort of noises. Mainly these are just rats - but... there is no telling whats in the dark. (roll perception, what kind of visual aids do you use? (it is completely dark in the pipes), if you do not have any you can try to navigate with assensing it is good to spotting living things but you might stumble a bit as non living things are difficult to spot.).

@Kynos Finestra say >> I spotted the smoking comlink and  could not explain it  so I said the first thing that came to my mind, perhaps it was bricked to prevent him to cry for help.

DemoX does as you say, greets the electrician and leaves. As he do you hear him cry 'shit' and then you hear heavy steps as he tries to shake the guards down the hallways. Apparently once they discovered that he was not the real electrician they got very suspicious.

Athos looks at the young men and shakes his head.  He motions over to where Faith is standing and smiles at the gangers, "Yes, trogs are built for hard work.  But we also know a scam when we hear it.  Anyway, the boss is over there.  Why don't you ask her if she will pay you to watch.  Personally, as a trog, I wouldn't do it, but she's the boss."
