It would be an actual play focused podcast but there are a few things we're unsure about. Anyone with some insights into these would, well that would be just awesome.

1) Legal disclaimers.
Not sure what we need to say at the end of an episode to not get in trouble, or step on toes.  We can just copy what other podcasts say, but they say things like "have received permission" and I don't  know if that is an actual individual permission or more like a catalyst generally gives the go ahead on using terms like shadowrun in podcasts cause it's good promotion.  Any advice?

2) Hosting/where do I put these files so people can hear them.

3) How about running modules/missions? Besides spoiler warnings is there anything that we should say or do? I worry because disseminating the story of the module and intellectual property stuff.... I figure it would likely be ok so long as we're not reading out Stat blocks and such but I'd like to get this stuff right.

4) Over-saturation.  There's like five SR podcasts right now.  Does anyone really want to listen to our silly game sessions?

5) My girlfriend wants us to name it "Trolls on Rollerskates".  How do I convince her this is not a good name?

Though Trog on the Roll would also be acceptable.

as for oversaturation, 5 is not really that many and each table is different so why not broadcast if you and your group want to?

Remember a lot of new players sometimes listen to these to get a feel for the game, which can be quite handy.

Or scary since it means you may well be warp.... err... shaping young minds.

Tagz doesn't want a troll specific name, particularly since no one is actually playing a troll right now, but I'm a trog at heart. Plus I think a really memorable name that's super evocative would be good.

I agree that the name should bring up an image that is game related and a big troll powerskating down the alley is quite evocative. 

You might even want to have an image designed to match to serve as your logo for the site. So take one of the bigger WWE Divas, since you are pushing for the idea it is only fair the mascot is a lady - plus a good artist can still make a pretty hot troll- fan service sells afterall , add some horns and tusks along with some motorized rollerblades and a mono-edge hockey stick or other street weapon of choice and you are good to go.

Plus if he is worried that the title doesn't match because there is no troll currently in the group, consider some of the other podcasts names.

Critical Glitch is not dedicated to massive fails, but rather again it is a situation that occurs in game, so it is a name players can recognize as being game related and just catches the eye.

End of the day, it is you and your table sharing your gaming sessions, comments, thoughts, winning highs and crushing losses, etc...and that will be more the test than the title itself.
