Hard Target Gear Questions

Ok, so I have 2.

1) Is Hand-Loaded intended to be stacked on top of other ammo types (I.E. Hand-Loaded APDS) or is it an ammo type unto itself?

2) How many clips does a reloading slide hold? It doesn't seem to list a number.

Yeah it's in addition to whatever the ammo type is. So you could make flechettes give less of an armour bonus of make your hi-de holdout rounds punch harder

Agreed. This looks like a 'training wheels' edition, that you can use to introduce someone to the setting, and then shift over to something like 5E or 4E. Like how D&D 5E is best used as training wheels for D&D 3.X.
