What is his real name? You can just roll with 'Old Man [Surname]', as in Old Man Johnson or Old Man Newton. It sounds good.

Doesn't Aged also decrease your augmented maximums? The way I read it is that, even augmented, the max can't be more than the decreased values. Either way, I think your would REA would be 2 (4) at best and 2 at worst. If you go with your 1 rating it'd be 1 (3), so you'd have to drop a rating of Reaction Enhancers regardless.

Augmented max is 4 above regular max. So aged does decrease it, but only because it decreases regular max.
