Not for the 5e values as far as I know.
I do know that the 3e magic book laid out a few areas.... but not in any real detail....
besides, it would be very hard to nail down, as even in areas like the barrens, the BC would change from block to block. Remember, there are small enclaves of rather civilized people who have banded together to improve the life of all in their communities even in the 'Barrens' parts, while other areas are just basically giant kill zones.... be it by critter, toxins, gangers, or purple people eaters....
For example, the area around (but not directly in) the ACHE might be a relatively low 0 to 1... but inside it could spike to 3 for the upper floors.... and a then spike even higher for the old mass commercial zone of the ACHE (where most people died).
