I've read a bit of the core rulebook and would like some help making my first character. Since I'm so original I basically want to make Adam Jensen from Deus Ex: Human Revolution, but with arm blades of Striker Eureka from Pacific Rim. He would use gun kata in a combination of his wrist blades and firing his weapons. I would just really like help creating this character. Thank you very much.

I guarantee you'll get a better response if you post a draft sheet of your character and let the community give advice to improve it, rather than asking for the forum to do the heavy lifting of actually drafting the sheet (instead of helping you tweak your own build).

That's the thing, I need help just creating a character in general. I was kind of hoping that someone could help explain how to draft a sheet, I'm sorry for not making it clearer. I have never drafted a sheet before and would like some help from an experienced player in explaining the whole process.

I'd recommend downloading chummer 5 and then searching the forum for something similar to what you want and tweak it.  I don't know the folks you are referencing, but it sounds like a cybered human.

If its just the Looks of your Cyberweapon that bothers you, than it's no Prob at all. Just get Spurs. how they look is not important ,only the Crunch (DV,AP,etc)

While the 9STR effects Dmg it dose not change your physical limit from 6 to 10.

I'm counting 6.11 worth of augmentation even with the adapsin/biocompatability and all that alphaware.

Are the legs suppose to be alpha too- then that would drop it under 6

Other than for cool factor, even if naked, the chameleon skin is a waste as seeing that the cyberarms won't be changing colors to match the background.

Yeah, I'm aware of that but Chummer5 still shows it. Probably a leftover from Chummer4 or a houserule.
And chameleon skin is just for a cool factor. It affects limits for sneaking but it doesn't really matter much.
