Not a bad movie all up, some nice effects and the plot was fairly consistent. A few things I didn't like but that's personal taste and I suspect at least one person on these forums would like the things I didn't. A few other things I'd like to mention but I can't be sure they wouldn't give away something I shouldn't so I'll conclude with I don't feel I wanted my money but I haven't seen enough to judge how well Disney as a franchise owner will do.

I fully endorse J.J. Abrams getting his shot at the Star Wars franchise after what he did to Star Trek...

Star Wars III is worse than that ;)

Episode 7 is goig to start tomorrow in Germany and I intend to watch it asap (next Tuesday, as that is the % off Day here in Düsseldorf )

Yeah about 36 hours or so form now I"ll be watching it myself. I'm fairly confident it will be good, though I'm willing to bet we only see luke at the end of the movie or for a very small portion of the movie. :P

Having access to Ares Technology isn't so bad, being in a room that's connected to the 'trix with holographic display throughout the whole room isn't bad either. Food, drinks whenever you want it. Over all not bad, but being unable to leave and with a Female Dragon? No Thanks! ~The Captive Man

I know different time zones, different people on the forum just don't normally see a response that fast to my posts. Still different time zones/times of seeing is why I stipulated no spoilers just impressions and on that note like I said as a film its not bad and most of my gripes are personal taste issues rather than movie ones and several of those I'd already seen in the previews so I knew about them going in.
