Ironically, if you speak German, you can pick up the Pegasus Press releases...they've been converted.

That might be just the kick in the pants I need to get back to learning German. I was stationed in Kitzingen, Germany for almost three years, but never developed my German language skills beyond a slightly higher than tourist level, due to frequent deployments. 

Does anyone know if there's a program that will translae PDFs, sort of how Google will translate a webpage?

True, but I was hoping for something more along the line of the (Calibre) program I use to convert PDFs over to ebook format. I think to do it by hand would require me to have the full version of Adobe, as I don't think reader will let you change out text. The last time I checked, the Adobe program was pretty expensive.

Protip; Foxit Reader is free, and you can get a full 30 day trial of Foxit PhantomPDF that'll let you edit text. Most published PDFs are write protected though, so your probably have to keep said text elsewhere.

Personally I don't need more books. But instead errata, which clarifies missing or unclear rules.

Like these:
1. Is it possible to buy for example spiritual way and still take centering metamagic?
2. How much ways cost after chargen? 20 or 40 karma?
3. If you use adept powers like keratin control and melanin control, how do you solve the test, if you try to fool a guard? Or physical mask spell?
4. Can you really release only a single alchemy preparation per combat turn?
5. Can you stack antennaes?
6. Or suits to get more than 1 dice to your social skill pool?
7. If you use a fetish spell, can you replace the fetish, if  you break it?
8. If you have blast,  chaotic world and improved invisibility spells, all fetish versions , how many fetishes do you have to use?
9. Can you use run for your life to evade a manaball or chaotic world spell?

And so on... This list is really endless!

I totally agree with the need for errata, but number 9 on your list Facemage actually doesn't need errata.

"Immediately after a throwing weapons attack or area-effect indirect combat spell spellcasting test, a character can make an immediate interupt action...." (Run and Gun pg. 125 ).

It's quite clear, that you get to use an interupt action against attacks that normally doesn't give you a defense roll. Manaball ( and powerball, stunball and chaotic World...etc. ) all give you a defense ( resistance ) roll, so yo don't get to first roll your defense, then run away if your defense doesn't work.

I get that you don't want to get the German text, Facemage- who really wants to pay twice for rules.

But then again if I read German I'd only get the German version.

However, the German books have functional errata for a lot of things.

Why Catalyst can't just translate those into english and publish an errata FAQ is beyond me.

It's a lot of work. There was a post not too long ago by Jason, I believe, detailing the process of exchange between Catalyst and Pegasus. It wasn't as straight cut as I thought it'd be that they could just collect all the questions from Pegasus and publish those as FAQs or Errata. There was even a good reason for why this wasn't the case.

In addition, translators cost mad bank, it seems. There was a thread a ways back asking about the cost to get German material translated, and one of the devs compared the price of translating to the price the writers get, and it was like 4x the price the writers get!

I would expect legal contracts to mostly fall under translation rather than interpretation. In courts of law though, yeah, I can see the difference there.
