Frank walks slowly toward the couple. He leaves his hands up and stops about halfway between his booth and the couple.

Frank keeps his voice steady and confident. "We're all here to enjoy the concert. What's going on here to stop all the fun?"

Dugan holds on to the girl tighter and yells, "You stop right there, or I swear I'll blow her frak'in head off." The arm arm with the gun is all over the place, first pointing at Frank, then the hostage, then the crowd, then Frank...

Jessica primed herself... she wasnt sure to take the shot yet... she facepalmed. She had forgotten to give Frank a signal to use so shed know when to shoot! She bit her lip and tried to examine him to see how he behaved and why from how he was acting.

Frank stops but leaves his hands to where they can be seen. "I've stopped." He says reassuringly. Frank points on finger at himself, "Name's John...I just want to have a conversation. But it is hard to talk when I don't know you name.  What's your name man?"

John nods when he gets the name, "Max I need you to listen to me....Max this is getting serious and everyone just needs to take a second and calm down." He points at the guy that Max has just shot. "You need to tell me what's going on here. Maybe I can help you. Just calm down and talk to me Max."

Jessica examines the man who was shot... to see if he is actually dead. She jacks out of smartgun to her cybereyes and zooms in on the man.

John points at the best friend, "If you keep this up then all your fun is going to stop. You just shot a man. Now you need to let the girl go and get out of here before the cops arrive or all of your fun is going to really end."

"The cops!," explains Dugan. You right-gotta get out of here before the cops get here,"

In his haste, Max Dugan throws his hostage to the side and begins to run off. He doesn't get very far before security jumps on him and drags him to the floor. After a few moments they restrain him with plastic ties and march him off toward he exit.

John walks back to the booth and sits down. He pulls out his commlink and sends a message to the commcode that sent him the original meet request.

She pulls her medkit out and rushes over the man. She examines the gunshot and uses the kit. She plugs her datajack in and hears the familar banter of the talkative medkit program in her head. She sighs and gets to work on the wounds trying to stop the intermediate threat to his life.

<<@Frank McMiller[MacCallister] Considering I'm heading security tonight and I'm the one that called the cops, yeah, they're coming. Don't sweat it- this may not be deep into Pullyup but it'll still be 20 minutes easy before they show.  You and Ms First Aid go on down and out the front door. That way the witnesses see you leave. Go around back and Moe will let you in the back entrance and up into the office I'm using. I have to stay backstage till the concert ends. There's some soyaid in the fridge if you get thirsty.Your other acquaintances can either stay and watch the concert since they're not connected to the incident  or go upstairs with you.>>
