Im doing intution to reaction.
That is overall a net loss. Both stats feed into initiative, and both feed into defense. But INT plugs into some other valuable skills, most notably Perception.

What do I do then!? Im stuck! I wanna live but still maintain credible stats!
What do you mean by credible stats?

So it makes sense with his backstory.
If you're an underground boxer, you may want to find a way to get your BOD to 5. Maybe decrease WIL to 3 and bump INT and BOD by 1 each.

The big issue with this (and most) game chargen systems is limited build points to create a simulacrum of a whole human being. Underground boxer are going to be study, strong, shrug off pain, be able to anticipate their opponents, have good reflexes, etc. There are going to be deficiency areas, it always happens.

Think about your team role too. What best benefits that?
Playability > verisimilitude.

Raider -

I just went into Chummer to mockup your attributes and Cyberware and got this:

== Attributes ==
BOD: 3                            CHA: 3
AGI: 7 (9)                        INT: 4
REA: 3 (5)                        LOG: 2
STR: 4 (6)                        WIL: 5
EDG: 1

== Derived Attributes ==
Essence: 1.95                     Initiative:           7 (9) + 3d6
Physical Damage Track: 10         Rigger Init:          9 + 3d6
Stun Damage Track: 11             Astral Init:
Physical: 7                       Matrix AR Init:       9 + 3d6
Mental: 4                         Matrix VR Cold Init:  3 + DP + 3d6
Social: 5                         Matrix VR Hot Init:   3 + DP + 4d6
Astral: 5

== Cyberware/Bioware ==
Damage Compensators Rating 4
Muscle Augmentation Rating 2
Muscle Toner Rating 2
Orthoskin Rating 3
Platelet Factories
Reflex Recorder (Skill) (Unarmed Combat)
Sleep Regulator
Spurs
Symbiotes Rating 2
Synaptic Booster Rating 2

Character has a very respectable physical limit of 7 with this spread. Doe the attributes look livable to you? If it matters, you can still move a point of Reaction to Logic if you wanted Logic at 3 and to get a mental limit to 5 without affecting the physical limit.

We are just throwing ideas at you. Don't want to stress you out, especially as it gets to be a pain to recalculate everything all the time. I would say though that the character is a boxer who is going to get into fights often enough so the ability to take advantage of your boxing skills to land punches (keeping a high physical limit) is important. The character seems fleshed out and playable - we're just offering ideas to tighten up the build, but if it shifts to a character you don't want, then no worries about our ideas then! Go save your gym!

Thanks. I just really like this guy. I saw his entire life flash inside my head. Including saving the gym which has reprecussions far exceeding just saving a gym. Ill give you all a hint. Coach rogers is old.

Had a series of minor suggestions.  Just threw this together in Chummer real quick for you to look over.  Although I'd agree with Whiskey that a higher Body seems likely for the character background.

Skills, I dislike having a combat focused character without a ranged option, but if you're okay with it drop the pistol skill and pick up more social skills.

The gear is all from PACKS kits so some of the minor details are off for this character, but for 10 min of work in Chummer it's not bad.  Mostly I moved a lot of the Bioware to a higher value, but used Quality and threw a lot of karma at Stats and Edge instead of PQs.

Your main issue is that you're doing a Combat, Social, melee build and are pulling your stats in several directions.  If you went with more Cyber less Bio you could possibly drop Resources to B and go Stats A.

To stay bioware you'll want to be Resources A, Stats of B, Skills C, Meta D, Magic E.  Standard Elf Samurai really.  If you're comfortable with just one combat skill, unarmed, then you can easily pick up Intimidate or Etiquette.  You could throw 1 point and a specialty at a gun skill, pick up something with a laser sight and maybe shove in a reflex recorder.  You'll have around 15 dice to shoot even with a low skill investment so as a back up weapon it's certainly decent.  Automatics or longarms and do suppression fire or go low profile with pistol.  Your call.

I would skip biocompatibility and natural Athlete, you'll really want to throw Karma at Edge and Stats.  Your stats are going to be spread out, I'd still max out Agility, then you're going to have to make some tough choices.  As far as Backstory goes Body 3 works fine for the lower weight classes, maybe you're a bit on the small side?  It's that or lower Intuition and Reaction, but you're already a touch on the slow side IMO for a combat character.

The advantage of the all Bioware and punchy guy is that you're perfect for social teams and going places the huge cyber guys don't.  So you really should get some social skills in there.  I think you've got all the pieces, you just have some hard choices as to what you want to prioritize.

For Bioware I recommend taking as much "Used" quality as possible.  You're going to run out of Nuyen before you run out of Essence.

STRIKING CALLUS
Added to a user’s hands or feet, these are simply thick,
hardy patches of callused skin, altered to be almost as
sturdy as troll dermal deposits, allowing the user to
strike dangerous blows with what are at first glance ordinary
hands and feet. A relatively new development,
they are, as yet, unrestricted weapons.
While sold individually, each pair a user has grants
+1 damage for Unarmed Combat.

This is what my copy of Chrome Flesh has- was there an errata to give them levels and if so, what is the effect?

And how much does it cost in essence and nuyen?

Each pair does +1 Damage to unarmed so you need two to get anything.  4 would be 2 pairs, presumably would be two on the hands and two on the feet, I think is the intent.  I'm prepared to accept other interpretations.  Chummer handles it with levels.  Chummer also takes the RAW reading and stacks +2 Damage on top of the Bone Density.  Total is a 13P right hook.

Av 2, Essence .05 each, 1000 Nuyen each.
