Would the Aztecnology Pyramid in Seattle have a standard Sec force or would it just go straight to Leopard Guard?  My players have an option to go to the pyramid to retrieve a vaccine for the Krieger strain of HMHVV. and was wondering if Leopard guards are randomly patrolling or do they just have PR2 security in heavy armor?

The answer is probably "all of the above". They likely have PR2 guards patrolling the parking garage, with the PR5 Leopard Guards as a High Threat Response team ready to stamp out any incursions. Sufficiently sensitive areas might also be patrolled by Leopard Guards, which (in my opinion) would include any vaccine related to HMHVV, which would be worth a fortune.

The Coyotes e-book mentions that "most arcologies" are treated like normal borders, due to extraterritoriality. The description of the relevant guards in Coyotes most closely matches the PR4 grunts in the core rule book.

So, to recap, maybe you have PR2 guards patrolling out front. PR4 inside the front door, greeting and processing visitors. PR5 upstairs, ready to respond to threats identified by the first two layers of security.

The original Seattle Sourcebook had it at both.  There were regular Security but if I recall correctly there was a battalion of Leopard Guards in the Pyramid used to protect special areas within.  I'd have to check the source to be certain of the number and their use but they are there.
