Made him for fun. Don't even know if he is viable and I don"t even have a backstory beyond he had to leave Germany with a few posessions and his usual role in most runs was to be the big fragging Troll. He also got some ware to help in combat but ultimately he disliked violence unless it was necessary. He wanted to be smarter so he studied to get some education in night classes. Thats it.

You could change Restricted Gear: Muscle Augmentation to Transhuman Prototype.  Make his prototype bioware omega grade.  You could then get Muscle Augmentation 3 and 0.2 Essence worth of some other omega grade, saving yourself some Essence and Nuyen.  That could go into more Bone Density, as well as Striking Calluses and/or the bioware claws.

Backstory is he was some shady experiment they didn't want to waste a lot of money on because, Troll.  Since you have to take a 10 point Negative Quality with Transhuman, make it Wanted.  Trade your points from Wanted into Tough and Targeted.  Not only does the organization want him, but everyone on the streets heard he's supposedly the latest and greatest out of Germany.
Also...

Change your Synaptic Boosters to alpha grade Wired Reflexes 2.  With the above, you'd have enough Essence left over to make this happen.

You could also go Muscle Replacement 4 alpha ware as your Restricted gear, and shuffle around a level or two of the other stuff to give you enough Essence, even put your Synaptic Boosters as the free point.  This would give you a lot more Nuyen, maybe enough to go down to B and bump Attributes.  I'd have to play with numbers though to see.

Omega grade is the same as Used, mechanically.  Fluff, it's cheap knockoff, the first before better was made, etc...  Same multipliers for Essence loss and Nuyen cost, just didn't come out of someone else.  And because it's simply crappier versions, you can get things that wouldn't make sense Used (like cultured bioware).

With Prototype Transhuman (10 quality), you get up to 1 Essence of bioware free (but still have to pay for it), because you were born with it.  However, because you're a Prototype, you have to take Wanted, Insomnia, Allergy (common, mild), or Astral Beacon.  You don't get points, but I assume can buy it off after creation.

And I forgot about Wired Reflexes 2 Availability.  Couldn't get alpha, but you can get Muscle Replacement 4 alphaware as your Restricted Gear.  If you wanted to go with Wired Reflexes 1 (alpha), Aluminum Bone Lacing, and the Muscle Replacement 4 (alpha), you'd be looking at Essence cost 5.8 and Nuyen cost 184,800.  If you keep Prototype Transhuman, and buy bioware that is relatively inexpensive but rounds out the combat abilities and stays at or under 1 Essence, you can also drop Resources to B and bring Attributes up to A, getting 4 more points.

I'd also try to get a fake augmentations license too, or you're going to burn that fake SIN the first time someone legit discovers you have ware.

I prefer not to burn all that essance on Wired Reflexes. But Biocompatibility looks tempting.

Yeah, it is a lot of Essence.  I just like it for making the Wired Reflexes + Reaction Enhancers builds.

If you are primarily sticking with Bioware, I'd go with Biocompatibility: Bioware, Restricted Gear: Muscle Toner 4, and Prototype Transhuman.

Make all the Bioware Omega grade, for the cost break (you could still do that for the Toner too, because even as Omega/Used, its still Avail 16).  This would necessitate dropping Muscle Augmentation to 3, but you'd make up for it by having 1 Essence point of this bioware free, and even though you lost Born Rich for Biocompatibility, the Nuyen saved from the Omega grade more than makes up for it.  Assuming you got all the Bioware as Omega/Used, it gets an Essence multiplier of 1.1 thanks to the Biocompatibility.

With Synaptic Boosters 2, Muscle Toner 4, Muscle Augmentation 3, Bone Density Augmentation 3...  You're looking at Essence loss 3.63 (2.63 thanks to Prototype) and Nuyen cost  319,500.  Plenty of Essence and Nuyen left over to add further mods and/or gear.
