Finally had some time to sit down and fiddle with a character sheet for Genji from Overwatch. Using Prime Runner build, and Sum to Ten.
I have the basics of the character down, but have no idea how to fit in the 'dash' sword strike and or his ultimate attack with the dragon power. I toyed with making a very burnt out adept, but I don't think it works out. I need to add more 'drugs' to his system to give him a speed boost. Squeek in Narco or a Nephritic Screen,
