If your armor is superior to the DV of the attack it's Stun. If it is equals or less it's physical. So with 13 or more armor you take 1S (don't forget to apply the AP).

Before I declare my last action, what is the spirit doing beside getting attacked?

I figured it would be stun but I wasn't sure if elemental attacks bypassed that in some way.

Nope, but I thought you had a gun on your person - attacking elementals in close combat is not a good idea (But you probably figured that out on your own  )

Well I do not mind to let Irris change the action, when I wrote spirit I was not sure if you will spot it. 

@Kurim Yes you are in late morning in a densely inhabited area, so a pursuit is possible depending how long you take in there.

So Irris takes 1P or 1S depanding if her armor is greater than 18 or less than 18, she also takes -5 to initiative and suffers -1 to all actions.

Kynos 12 (attacked spirit and missed)
Ayato 9 (reduced 5 initiative due to parry action)
Spirit 9:  Use confusion on Kynos 5 hits, resist with: will power + logic
Guard: 7 - (will probably attack Ayato - but Ayato goes first).
Irris: 3 (attacked spirit and got electrocuted 12DV -6 AP)  -5 to initiative.
Secretary: 2

I'd like to note that you need Line of Sight for Confusion - for which aura sight is not enough (that's why security guards drop smoke grenades against mages) so unless the spirit has ultrasound vision, he would also get the -6 due to visibility

Ayato attempts to put the guard betweem himself and the shooter and attacks.  Called shot to vitals.

Parry + Dodge: 20d6t5 8 (note that I took a dice off the guards defense pool as it is the second time he is attacked. Ayato should also take 2 dice from its defense pool as it is the third time he is attacked.  (Jack did I get that rule right?)

I am not sure how much damage you do - so we'll resolve it afterwards. I think that Ayato does Str (7) + katana (2) + 2 called shot = 11 + 1 net hit = 12 damage,  so the guard takes 7 damage and he is at -2 wound penalty.
