Noëmie waves lightly "You see, my Mistress was displeased to hear about your...operation...and not having been offered your products. Now, she's not the type to let this kind of things slide, but, luckily for you..." She smiles reassuringly "She's ready to be...understanding. Well, as long as the snacks are of a good quality, and she gets a nice offer of course."

She pauses for a couple of second, then resumes "So, maybe we could discuss the kind of offers you could make, and maybe organise a tour of the...juicer...side of your operation tomorrow. Believe me when I say the more helpful you are, the more understanding my Mistress will be." She smiles seductively "Plus, there may be some congratulatory gift coming your way, who knows..."

I can grant you a tour of the facility but I do not deal with the exotic stuff, I sale food to restaurants hotels and so forth, you will have to speak with my boss for that. He is kind of dangerous you know, I am not sure I'd want to meet him, he do not come during the days never. "

Noëmie sighs "I must say I'm a bit disappointed. I was told you were more high up in the food chain." She shrugs "I'll have to skin someone." She shakes her head, then sighs some more. "Anyway. I'm quite used to deal with dangerous bosses, don't worry about me. Will you be able to get me to meet him tomorrow night, after our tour of the facilities? Maybe we'd be able to talk about other...food...once this business is concluded."

Devon said "Okay for the tour, come early before it is crowded...  6:00 am or so, even earlier if you can.  Do you have a business card?  contact details or something that I can show my boss?"  He seems fascinated and terrified by Nyx and then looked at Simone "So... where are you taking me?"

Noëmie stays silent, looking at Devon for a moment. Then she sighs "Fine. Give me your comcode, I'll have it sent to you later."

Simone looks at Devon then back to the road.  "Tell me where to drop you and I will get you there."

Devon shares his comcode with Simone and Nyx and then says "Done I shared my comlink mysterious ladies...Take me to the Spirit Focus, it is the best Jazz club around. Might I interest you in some live music?"

Simone looks over at Nyx.  "Live music sounds good to me, but I am not sure if I can get the time off.  What do you think, partner, can I drop you somewhere on the way to this club, or do you maybe want to come along, too?  Cannot stay too long, though, if we have to be back at the farm by six in the morning."

Noëmie shakes her head "No, I have a report to make." she spends some time looking at a map on her 'link, then sighs "We're really in the middle of nowhere..." With a few more grumbles, she adds "Just drop me at the fort's visitor quarters, I'll spend the night there."

Simone laughs.  "Yes it really is the middle of nowhere.  Alright, I can drop you off and be back for you at about five fifteen."

The rest of the ride to the fort was uneventful and Simone smiles at Nyx as she opens the door to climb out of the van, her eyes almost begging the woman to ask her to come back and share her bed for the night.  If the offer had been hinted at, Simone would drop the man off and be back here as fast as possible, but it was growing clearer that they were on opposite buses when it came to sexuality.

When no answer came Kynos just shrugged and went to work on the hinges, severing them carefully so he could spot weld them back into a semblance of working condition.

Once the team was through he brought the two pairs back together and applied some industrial strength glue
