Let's say a CEO goes on holiday to their own vacation home. What kind of mundane and astral security would they have? Obviously a lot, but I'm looking for specifics.

CEO's of a triple A corp don't really have a "holiday home" in the sense I think your going for. At that level of wealth/power your looking at either private islands or massively secured compounds.

Still lets assume we're dealing with a private lodge in a skiinig resort. At the very least you'd be looking at . . .

24/7 security forces almost certainly equipped with top end gear and if milspec equipment is not an option for some reason it'd still have SWAT gear, heavy weapons, anti-air defenses etc.
Magical Security multiple mages to provide 24 hour coverage.
Deckers to protect the security.
Drones and guard animals as they provide different functions.
Some form of air control.
Heavy fences with patrols surrounding the area of the resort belonging to them.

Do they have vacation in the first place?  ;)

Just kidding, if it fits your campaign of course they have!

I would say they have a full team of their corp's top security (firewatch, Dawson group, ...), equipped with the best weapons and armour, a couple of portable SAMs, full magical support, vehicles, deckers, riggers, ...
The works (Senko gave a good overview of it).  And since their vacation home is probably on Corp territorry and therefore the rules are what they say they are (mostly in the line of 'shoot first, ask questions never').

Except maybe for Lofwyr.  Him I see going all by himself, hoping someone would try something.  Then he can have a little snack in between meals. :)

Triple-A CEOs would be a world unto their own (literally), but a single-A CEO type would head someplace like the Algarve Corporate Enclave or New Monaco, where security is handled by the locale and that's really the main point of the locale.  It would be discreet, so the first line of defense would probably focus on stall tactics giving the real response time to arrive.

Not a campaign idea, but that would be kinda fun. More of what I like to call "insomnia thoughts".  ;D

And don't forget, the "compound" is owned by the Corp and is guaranteed to be extraterratorial...

Yep, a Zero-Zone holiday home!  I bet that Mitsuhama CEOs through the years have taken to enjoy their meals in the yard surrounded by the bodies of dead runners.

Besides the immeidate tactical level, they have what may be the best anti-runner security of all: the knowledge that if you try anything, lose or win, you die. No expense will be spared, no time considered too long. AAA's cannot afford to allow even the idea of doing this successfully and getting away with it to be in the mind's eye of anyone. Think what we would do to a modern presidential assassin, and add dystopia.

Your lifespan may be measured in seconds, or it may be measured in years, but one day you're going to be grabbing some soy-cheerios and your brains are getting pasted to the wall. And if you're lucky, its only you who dies. As opposed to every one who was even vaguely connected to this effort, your fixer, your suppliers, your regular contacts, the accountant who set up the transfer, the disgruntled employee who told you there's a maintenance van that comes every Tuesday. if you so much as touched this three degrees of separation out the bell is tolling. If the corp is particularly mean, your family, friends, and pets all die as well.

And you damn well bet that when the AAA starts flexing that there's going to be a bunch of governments and lesser companies that are going to rush to prove they weren't involved.

Since runners prefer to live to spend their earnings, this is a non-starter.

I guess it's worth considering as a design experiment.

GENERAL:
-External physical security elements will be obscured, followed by a more obvious and proactive "DMZ", with the "inner sanctums" possessing a tight but efficient response buffer. (nobody wants to vacation in a bunker)
-Physical security is professional and staggered for optimal response. (Not lax, but not trigger happy either; unloading heavy munitions over a minor disturbance or false positive is costly, stupid, and defeats the purpose of vacation)
-Environment will be "normalized"; both physically and in astral. Astral Background will be neutral to positively aligned with owners/security (in that order); while naturally occurring creatures will be cataloged and their populations kept in check; no matter how trivial.

PHYSICAL:
-"Day to day" staff will include "subtle" agents among their number. (that made or butler is also likely an elite combatant, bodyguard or medics.)
-Several waves of elite HTR teams will be kept on standby. One active patrol staff, reserve staff (for overlapping shifts), and one group remotely (sub-orbital delivery)
-Multiple contingency methods will be discreetly employed for VIPs in addition to standard responses (escape vehicles and panic rooms)

MATRIX:
-Specialized/Hidden High end encrypted Matrix connection; Main Matrix hookup is top-end direct tight-beam satellite signaler (things you'd have to know about in advance to even try to hack into)
-Matrix enabled security devices are protected by top-grade IC and Agents of all types. Round-the-clock security Deckers maintain the system and a dual-loop of shifts with Riggers.
-Secondary physical security loop uses devices cabled together in hermetically sealed casing; providing a layer of security that is very difficult to access via hacking.

MAGICAL:
-The entire premises is Warded, isolating it from Astral snoops and Ritual Sorcery.
-Several layers of bound spirits are kept; monitoring the grounds and the sky, along with a cadre of high end company mages to maintain them. (full mages; accept no substitutes)
-VIPs will have astral escort at all times (all corp execs have this 24/7 as it is anyway)

PSYCHOLOGICAL:
-The head of security will remain apprised of the most probable known threats. It's impossible to outright predict professional hits, but it is possible to deter them by closing up leads.
-Dropping fake news (or fake travel itineraries) to plant a "grid double" elsewhere can draw attention while the VIP is away at their vacation home.
