I'm curious what the average turn around time for items being shipped that most people see from Battleshop ? I ordered Howling Shadows LE and Data Trails LE + Standard a month ago (9/6/16) - Order has not arrived, status says 'shipped' but I know the status on their page is usually wrong - according to the page my Core rulebook LE is still 'pending'. Is there a way to contact some sort of customer service about the status of the order ?

Other then that, don't know what to tell you....

It could be a shipping/customs problem for your country as well if you are outside of the USA...

I have this issue with some stuff (particularly fire arm parts and assories) when I try to have them shipped to Canada - it ALWAYS ends up with a delay of 3 months and a visit by the customs office/RCMP....
