I don't think Falcone will, he's too professional. He might even pity him, they're both badly crippled from the old shadows

He is not fighting you at all, and while ES will not take anythign from him (like the commlink) he will hold him if necessary - he is professional shadowrunner as he used to say. He watches him also, keeping the eye on anything suspicious. He just (like Wilco) failed to notice, that the first thing the suit had done was to press the hardwired wipe button on the commlink.
